You might make a quick check of your disk drives, make sure one hasn 't
been removed or is otherwise unavailable.

Subject: ora 1115 error
Hi List,
When I startup database, I am getting the following error:
ORA-01110 (See ORA-01110.ora-code.com): data file 4: '/u11/oradata/htmp88/amapp.dbf '
ORA-01115 (See ORA-01115.ora-code.com): IO error reading block from file 4 (block # 1)
ORA-27063 (See ORA-27063.ora-code.com): skgfospo: number of bytes read/written is incorrect
IBM AIX RISC System/6000 Error: 5: I/O error
Additional information: -1
Additional information: 8192
What is the best way to correct this error? The error says that the
tablespace is possibly offline, but I cannot open the database to find out.
This is a development database and not in archive mode. Database version
9.2.0.2.0 and operation system AIX 5.1.
Thanks,
Doris
